Our Company
Top’s Services, Inc. is a commercial general contracting firm established as a woman’s owned business and incorporated in the state of Georgia in 1991. Our office and warehouse are located at 28 Clock Road, Carrollton, GA. We specialize in interior renovations working in occupied spaces. We perform tasks from changing light bulbs and drywall repairs to turnkey design-build and complete floor renovations, without disrupting the day to day operations of our clients. We have completed several exterior renovations and site improvements, as well as smaller ground-up construction projects. Our client base includes municipalities, county, & state entities along with education campuses. We also have a private client list including, national payroll corporations, call centers, small medical companies and real estate offices. A large percentage of our projects come from parks/recreations and elementary, middle, high school & university campuses across the Northwest area of Georgia. Many of these clients require us to work in high security areas at all hours, knowing that we have their needs and best interests at heart.
